I have tried numerous times and numerous ways to reach pfluger. Calling directly to customer service email and pissed consumer.
I just want my reel fixed. I will pay for parts labor and S&H. I have even purchased another of their high end reels to use until this gets fixed.
I own 5 pflugers but this one is special it has alot of sentimental value. I wasn't pissed before but I'm getting there.
sent Pflueger Fishing an inquiry about obtaining a part for a Pflueger reel and have received no response. They obviously have no concern about their customers so I will never again purchase a Pflueger product.
